Terms & Conditions of Hire

All equipment remains property of Elegant Covers & Bows.

A non-refundable deposit must be paid for goods hired.

Any loss or damage will be charged at the full repacement price at time of hire.

In the event of cancelled bookings, 50% of the lost hire charges will be payable by the hirer to the owner.

Any cancellations made within 4 weeks of hire date will be charged at the full hire charge.

Our payment terms prior to the hire date incase of advanced bookings made less than 14 days prior to the required date then payment is due in full on receipt of invoice no less than 5 days prior to the hire date.
